Should you list your home with a flat fee realty company? What could go wrong and why does it matter?

The truth is that if you want to save money when selling your house, you have many options.
For instance one of the options is to list with a flat fee realty company or a low commission real estate brokerage. That is good news!
You don’t have to do it the traditional or the old fashioned way.

Moreover, with most flat fee realty companies your home will be listed on all real estate website.  This is exactly the same as when you list with a traditional agent. Buyers will find you the same way whether or not you are spending 1,2 or 3% to list it.

They are able to wiggle around in the listing price because they are not spending that extra money on the listing commission.
