Network with your Friends & Family

First things first, follow DUFFY on Facebook*. 

Then, use the pictures from your listing or go to Zillow, Realtor.com, etc for a link to post on your Facebook page. **BONUS:  Email changes@duffyatl.com for a NEW Social Media Graphic**

Ask your friends and family to like and share the post, you never know where your buyer will come from! Remember, if a buyer contacts you directly DUFFY still handles the negotiations and contracts and you save the buyer’s agent’s commission!

Next, put the home on Facebook Marketplace.

Then, advertise your home on eBay. Because – who knows! The goal is to spread a wide net.

AND then, have a neighborhood party or open house where you invite all of your neighbors! There is always a family that wants their family closer.  This may be who you sell to!
