DUFFY Realty: Ensuring Fair Representation for Buyers and Sellers

At DUFFY Realty, we take great care to represent both our buyers and sellers fairly and transparently. To ensure there is no conflict of interest when a DUFFY buyer client wants to purchase your property, we have specific safeguards in place:

1. Separate Representation

• Mandy Applequist will represent the buyer.
• Abbey Edwards will represent the seller.

2. Independent Agent Roles
   Each agent works exclusively on behalf of their client during the transaction. This separation ensures privacy and prevents the sharing of confidential information between parties.
3. Backup Support
   If Abbey is unavailable, anyone at DUFFY, other than the agent assigned to represent the buyer, can assist you.
4. Seller Representation

• As the seller, you are fully and exclusively represented by DUFFY Realty.
• You may communicate with Mandy as the buyer’s agents, but please remember their role is to advocate for the buyer.

Our team members work in multiple departments, but we are restricted from handling both buyer and seller contracts simultaneously within the same transaction.
