We are unique in the fact that we have three pricing structures to pay our commission.

  1. The Old Fashioned – We’ll absorb the investment risk, using our money to advertise and market your home, you pay no money up front, then pay us 4.5% at closing. 1.5% is used a listing commission then the remaining +3% goes to the buyer’s agent if one is present.
  2. Duffy’s Savvy Seller Listing – Pay $500 upfront, and at closing pay us a .0075% listing commission. Again, +3% if a buyer’s agent is involved. Duffy’s Savvy Seller saves you at least 2% of your sales price, potentially up to 5% if the buyer does not have an agent!
  3. Pay At Closing – Pay 6% at closing instead
    • We set the price and lower the price as agreed to in writing at the time of the listing.
    • You forfeit the option to sell the home on your own (through marketing for unrepresented buyers).
    • We list in 6-month increments. There is a $195.00 fee to withdraw the listing during that time for any reason other than the property has sold.

In order to attract a buyer for your home, we use the same scientific approach for selling the home, no matter which of the payment structures you choose.

Changing structure type: You will have a 2 week grace period to transition your listing to a Savvy Saver structure, this transition must also be paid for before receiving an offer.
