Jody was great to work with. She helped my daughter understand what to look for when going through a possible purchase. It was a great learning experience for both of us. We have been very impressed with Warren Savage and Duffy Reality during our house hunting process. I was contacted by another company, but it was Warren who sent an email and made a phone call. He was very personable and friendly on the phone and immediately began working for us. He started by sending us listings and when we had a few houses we were interested in seeing he made time for us at very short notice. When we arrived for our first showing he was already there.  He did this with every house toured. He showed up ahead of time, turned on the lights, did a preliminary walk around and through the home, and at times he even spoke with neighbors. He has always been very friendly and punctual. The Duffy Buyer Cash Bonus

We recognize that you are doing most of the work to find your own home. If you will allow us to do the expertise part of the job, while you search for the home that you want to buy using our tools, we will share our commission with you.

In real estate transactions, at least those in the MLS, the seller pays a commission to the buyer’s agent. That commission ranges from 2 to 4% of the sales price. We are willing to pay you part of our commission based on how many houses we show you.
