Use yellow for the kitchen, blue for the master bedroom, orange for the office, pink for the children’s room, etc. Then, color-code the bedroom doors in your new home to match the boxes, so the movers easily know where to set down every box.
Use High Quality Boxes
There is nothing more frustrating than having the boxes fall apart during the move. Look on sites like Craigslist or local Facebook pages to find gently used moving boxes, and make sure they are in good shape to store your belongings.
