What to Check
- Drive time at the times of day you will actually travel.
- Street View for nearby commercial uses, road noise, parking, sidewalks, and property upkeep.
- Satellite view for power lines, major roads, industrial areas, drainage, and nearby land use.
Buyer Protection
Use online research for logistics, condition clues, commute, access, and visible neighborhood factors. Do not use it to make assumptions about people or protected-class issues.
