What is Staging?

Staging is the very best proven way to get top dollar for your home as you prepare it for sale. Homes that are Staged using my techniques sell faster and for more money! This is because Staging sets the scene throughout the house to create immediate buyer interest in your property. This will then lead to your home selling for the highest possible price in today's market. Remember, "The way you live in your home, and the way you market and sell your house are two different things."

Duffy Realty charges just $500 for a consultation and then 4 hours of hands on staging for occupied homes. We just your stuff (unless you just don't have anything). And, we can furnish vacant homes for a fee of $600 and a small monthly rental fee.

 

Duffy Realty clients may attend Staging® seminars at no cost - please RSVP to our Stager, space is limited. The structure of the seminar will be to learn pointers for you to get a game plan for your home and how to Stage it for Sale.  You will be learning a strategy from our professional Accredited, on-staff Stager.  Then, you may choose from our deeply discounted Staging Menu if you need additional one-on-one help or a personal consultation in your home.
