I wanted to finally take a moment to thank you and the whole Duffy Realty staff for helping us with the sale of our house at 4494 Lisa Way and the purchase of our new home at 2302 Eastway Rd.
We were originally going to use another vehicle to sell our Lilburn home (BUY OWNER) but at the last moment some friends of ours who used BUY OWNER said that they had heard about Duffy and wished they had used them to sell their home. After doing some research we decided to go with Duffy.
The whole experience was fantastic! We had a great listing on MLS and FMLS/MLS and FMLS with lots of photos and a scrolling banner. Megan, Tiffany, Christine and all of the staff were so helpful and answered all of our questions. We saved over $4,000 on the sale of our home, by not paying a listing brokers 3% fee.
But then things got better. We decided to use Duffy's buyers program to buy a new home. We started looking on search engines and driving around neighborhoods to find the right area and home for us. When we received a contract on our home Jan was ready to show us the homes we were interested in seeing. Jan is very professional, straight forward and knows this business. When we would walk into a house with problems she would point them out! She was invaluable to us and to think we were going to try to buy a house on are own!
After the closing of our new home, we received a check for over $3,000.00 from Duffy for using the buyers program!
