When searching for a realtor to list our home we were taken back by the fees associated with such a sale. A friend told us to check out Duffy Realty and we were delighted we did. During the presentation by a Duffy representative we were at first a little skeptical about the thousands of dollars we could save. Dear Rhonda,

I requested your e-mail address as I wanted to communicate with you about the tremendous experience we had with a recent real estate purchase. It is not often that I have the opportunity to write such a letter, as it is not often that we receive the level of service we received while working with Caroline Gamma.

From the first telephone call to the closing on the property Caroline was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and effective. Our phone calls were many, and on occasion if a voice mail was left, the call was returned immediately and the number of calls were never a problem.

Caroline went out of her way, on a number of occasions, to insure our interest was protected. I was amazed that she took the time to physically visit the property w were to purchase, the evening before our closing. We had looked at other condos at the Worthington and one had a bad leak in the ceiling. She was making sure all was right with our unit, as she understood our concerns regarding the roof problems that we were made aware of by the association.

I called Caroline and asked if she could help with information regarding local tile, wood flooring ,carpeting, and appliance stores, etc., as we are not from the area and did not know where to start with our remodel. The very next day, I not only received a very detailed e-mail listing several discount vendors in the area, but also recommendations on local restaurants, grocery stores, specialty shops and general directions to all.

The last " She's my hero", situation occurred after closing. We closed on Tuesday and met a locksmith to re-key on the same day. We also took several hundred dollars worth of tools, cleaning supplies, remodeling stuff, personal effects, etc. to the condo. We arrived back on Thursday to start a move in of furniture to get us by for the live there, while we remodeled phase. The deadlock was gone and the other lock had been re-keyed. We had a small U-Haul full of furniture, that we needed to turn in the next day, and no way to access the condo

I called Caroline in a panic, it wasn't her responsibility, as she had done all that she was responsible for when she handed me the keys at closing. She jumped in and we were able to gain access, only to find that all we had left on the day of the closing was gone. A service company, that clears a home that is in foreclosure, had made a mistake and gone to the wrong building, same numbered condo, and cleared out our unit of all we had brought. Caroline found the company that made the mistake, made arrangements for making us whole and the owner of the company has followed through with replacing our items!!!

We own a business, and have for many years. We have learned that our employees,are our best representation of the best that we are, as they are on the front lines everyday. In our opinion, lucky you for having Caroline, she is wonderful.

You left a message at our house this week congratulating us on the contract on the house we listed with Duffy. You also offered help in finding us a new house. Well, you didn't know it but you already have! We successfully purchased a house in January using Caroline Gamma and Duffy Realty. I cannot express to you how impressed we were with Caroline.

Two years ago we used Tina Fountain to sell and purchase a house. The service, guidance and knowledge we received from Caroline made this process so much easier than two years ago. I don't know if you realize what an exceptional agent you have in Caroline, but I want to tell you she is outstanding. She set me up on the email notification system and I checked it each morning and drove by any house that I thought might be a possibility. One morning I noticed a house had a $50,000 price drop. I called Caroline, she met us out at the house that afternoon and we signed the contract within 30 minutes. Caroline actually looked at the house as if she was buying it and showed us all the problems and the positives she saw with the house. She is very knowledgeable about houses and the buying process. She made the purchase go very smoothly.

My wife, daughter, and I want to thank you for the wonderful work your agent, Caroline Gamma, provided to us in our quest to find a home here in Atlanta. Caroline was truly a godsend. She was with us all the way through our searching for a home (since 9/2007), our two offers (there were two - and others we were very close to making that did not pan out), our ups (excitement) & downs (disappointments), and finally our success in closing on a home (the very best home we'd found) in Dunwoody on April 9, 2008. Caroline is such a professional. She kept us focused, brought seasoned prospective to our search, kept us straight on the process of purchasing a home, and when at times we thought we'd never find the home we were looking for, she pushed us onward.
