How The Cash At Closing Program Works

The seller pays us to bring them a buyer - you pay nothing. You help us search for homes that you want to see by eliminating homes that you don't want to see. We represent you in the transaction. You get paid 1% of the sales price* from our commission.

1. The seller pays us to bring the buyer to them.

2. Even though the seller is paying us a commission, we represent you AFTER we have you sign the statement that is required by law that we represent you.

3. You help us find the homes that you want to see using our search tools where you will see photos and descriptions of the homes.

4. We pay you 1% of the sales price* after closing.

* Rules and Exceptions:
We pay 1% of the sales price based on you seeing less than 17 homes. At 18 homes and above, we pay you $500.00.
The sales price must be $100,000 or higher. If it is not, we pay you $150.00.
The commission paid to us by the seller must be 3.0% or higher.
If builder upgrades are added to the sales price, you will be paid based on our commission.
Must be in a signed agreement with Duffy Realty before you tell an agent that we represent you.

You do one more step of driving by to see the exterior of the house before we go with you to the house. If we take you to no more than 17 houses, we give you 1% of the sales price. Example: You buy a $200,000 house. We give you 1% of the sales price = $2,000. You can use this against any closing costs, prepaids or get a check.
